Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Marcos, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our customers by handling inquiries, managing data, and maintaining accurate records. This position offers an opportunity to build strong relationships with clients while contributing to the success of the utilities and infrastructure industry.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information.<br>• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and other communication channels.<br>• Perform data entry tasks to ensure precise documentation of customer information and transactions.<br>• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups with clients as needed.<br>• Process orders and maintain accurate records in the system.<br>• Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs effectively.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create reports, track data, and organize relevant information.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service operations.<br>• Uphold a high level of professionalism when addressing customer concerns.<br>• Identify opportunities to improve customer service procedures and contribute to team efficiency.
<p>• Proven experience in call center or customer service roles.</p><p>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.</p><p>• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Service Titan experience preferred. </p><p>• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</p><p>• Experience in order entry and scheduling appointments.</p><p>• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues professionally.</p>
