Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in connecting individuals to vital services and resources, while upholding our mission to improve lives and strengthen communities. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information, referrals, or assistance based on client needs.</p><p>• Record and update all client interactions promptly and accurately in web-based systems.</p><p>• Stay informed about available services, resources, and organizational initiatives to provide comprehensive support.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure their needs are met effectively.</p><p>• Maintain a meticulous and compassionate approach to customer service in all communications.</p><p>• Utilize CRM tools and other platforms to manage client data and streamline workflows.</p><p>• Assist clients with billing functions and benefit-related inquiries as needed.</p><p>• Support Spanish-speaking clients by providing translation services and bilingual communication.</p><p>• Contribute to improving processes and enhancing the overall customer experience.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in all interactions and documentation.</p>
<p>• Associate’s degree or higher preferred; equivalent experience and education beyond high school will be considered.</p><p>• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.</p><p>• Background in public health, social work, psychology, sociology, criminology, or related fields is highly desirable.</p><p>• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.</p><p>• High proficiency in web-based systems, CRM platforms, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</p><p>• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is strongly preferred.</p><p>• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and assist clients with inquiries and service access.</p>
