We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Shoreview, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract position that requires someone with a strong background in accounts receivable processes and proficiency in accounting software. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:• Accurately process daily cash applications, ensuring funds are correctly allocated.• Submit invoices for payment through various client portals while adhering to company standards.• Match relevant documents to invoices and prepare submissions to clients as part of the organization's established processes.• Assist in collection activities when time permits, helping to recover outstanding payments.• Perform dual data entry tasks, including check deposits, billing support, and invoice summaries.• Monitor and manage the accounts receivable mailbox, addressing inquiries and maintaining timely communication.• Support billing operations by ensuring accuracy and completeness in invoicing procedures.• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounts receivable processes and maintain compliance.• Utilize accounting software systems such as QuickBooks Desktop and NetSuite for daily operations.

• Prior experience in accounts receivable processes, including cash application and collections.• Proficiency in accounting software systems like QuickBooks Desktop and NetSuite.• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and general accounting functions.• Ability to perform dual data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Familiarity with billing functions and invoice management.• Competence in handling cash activity and managing financial transactions.• Ability to work 100% onsite in Shoreview, Minnesota
