Contracts Administrator
<p>Established medical device company based in Santa Clara, CA has an immediate opening for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator! In this role, you will oversee distributor contracts, provide support for CLM database enhancements, and ensure smooth contract onboarding processes. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site work Tuesday-Thursday and remote work is offered Mondays and Fridays. The ideal candidate will have strong technology skills, great attention to detail, and a legal background. </p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>• Manage distributor contracts by coordinating execution, tracking updates, and overseeing related inquiries.</p><p>• Set up and maintain Salesforce accounts for distributors, ensuring accurate data entry and system functionality.</p><p>• Address distributor contracting questions by liaising with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions.</p><p>• Support the automation and enhancement of Salesforce processes, including preparing and uploading data.</p><p>• Train team members on distributor procedures and the new Salesforce functionalities to ensure seamless transitions.</p><p>• Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver high-quality customer service related to contracts and onboarding.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures while managing contracts.</p>
<p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal field, contract administration experience is a plus but not required.</p><p>• Proficiency in various technology; prior use of Salesforce is a huge plus.</p><p>• Strong communication skills, including email correspondence and triaging inquiries.</p><p>• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to grasp processes quickly.</p><p>• Open to recent graduates with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</p>
