• Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required.<br>• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems is essential.<br>• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.<br>• Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Excellent organizational abilities to manage schedules, appointments, and files.<br>• Effective interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.<br>• Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills for handling correspondence and inquiries.
