Property Administrator
<p>We are looking for a dedicated admin to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals by connecting them to housing resources and ensuring successful transitions into stable living environments. • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in social services or a related field preferred.<br>• Minimum of 1 year experience in housing support, real estate, or social services preferred.<br>• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse populations.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi Software is a plus.<br>• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.<br>• Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention and tenant support.<br>• Knowledge of residential and commercial property management practices.<br>• Customer service-oriented with a focus on building positive relationships.
