We are seeking a committed Property Manager to oversee compliance processes, tenant onboarding, and day-to-day operations while ensuring seamless operations for permanent supportive housing units.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary liaison for tenants, addressing inquiries and ensuring positive relations.</li><li>Manage lease renewals and ensure compliance with affordable housing requirements.</li><li>Maintain legal and financial tenant files, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards.</li><li>Prepare detailed monthly reports on occupancy rates, delinquencies, and maintenance needs.</li><li>Provide guidance and administrative support for property management teams across two sites.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Yardi systems, leasing, affordable housing compliance, and property management strongly desired.</li></ul><p><br></p>
