The RoleReporting to the Corporate Controller, you’ll lead fund and property accounting reviews, manage audits, support investor reporting, and help improve internal systems and processes. You’ll work closely with the CFO, fund administrators, and asset management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of accounting experience (public + real estate/fund accounting preferred)</li><li>CPA and strong GAAP knowledge required</li><li>Advanced Excel modeling skills</li><li>Strong understanding of real estate financials and fund structures</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment</li><li>High integrity and accountability</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with Dynamo, Yardi, or Kyriba</li><li>Process optimization and automation experience</li></ul>Excited about this role?
