Specializing in real estate investment—with a focus on affordable and workforce housing—the firm manages over $1 billion in assets across multiple states. It is committed to delivering strong financial performance alongside meaningful social impact.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>The Assistant Controller will support the Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer in driving financial reporting accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
