<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally within real estate investment, private equity, or private capital partnerships.</li><li>Familiarity with fund structures and capital allocation across various investment vehicles (e.g., PE, VC, hedge funds, debt funds).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.</li><li>Excellent analytical and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.</li><li>CPA or MBA (or progress toward either) is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in public accounting is beneficial but not required.</li><li>Demonstrated interest in real estate and investment operations.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and a desire to continuously learn and improve.</li></ul><p><strong>Excited about this role?
