Payroll Administrator
We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Port Everglades, Florida. In this role, you will oversee full-cycle payroll processes and ensure compliance with multi-state regulations. If you have a strong background in payroll management and thrive in a detail-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.<br>• Manage payroll for an organization with 101-500 employees, maintaining timely and efficient operations.<br>• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to execute payroll functions effectively and resolve system-related issues.<br>• Conduct audits to verify payroll data and identify discrepancies.<br>• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations.<br>• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve any concerns promptly.<br>• Generate and analyze payroll reports to support financial planning and decision-making.<br>• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll processes.<br>• Maintain accurate and organized payroll records for auditing and legal purposes.<br>• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Proven experience handling full-cycle payroll processes.<br>• Expertise in managing payroll across multiple states.<br>• Familiarity with payroll systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now.<br>• Strong understanding of payroll laws and tax regulations.<br>• Ability to manage payroll for mid-sized organizations (101-500 employees).<br>• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.<br>• Effective communication skills for addressing employee questions and collaborating with teams.<br>• Proficiency in generating and interpreting payroll reports.
