In this contract position, you will play a key role in managing payroll operations and ensuring accurate and timely processing. This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including strong written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities: • Process payroll for employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. • Utilize payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce to manage payroll operations efficiently. • Handle benefit administration tasks, including 401k and RRSP contributions, ensuring proper record-keeping and compliance. • Audit payroll processes to identify and resolve discrepancies, maintaining data integrity. • Collaborate with other departments to provide payroll-related support and resolve employee inquiries. • Prepare reports and documentation related to payroll and accounting functions. • Manage time tracking systems to ensure proper recording and payment of work hours. • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and handle related filings. • Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and employee records. • Perform additional payroll-related duties as assigned to support business needs.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. • Experience with payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, and About Time. • Knowledge of accounting functions and auditing practices. • Familiarity with benefit administration processes, including 401k and RRSP contributions. • Ability to work with accounting software systems and ensure data accuracy. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines. • Ability to work onsite in Delray Beach, Florida, during standard business hours.
