We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll operations and benefits administration for a diverse workforce. This position is based in West Palm Beach, Florida, and involves processing payroll for approximately 200 employees, including part-time staff. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payroll and benefits functions. Responsibilities:• Process bi-weekly payroll for a workforce of approximately 200 employees, including part-time staff, using ADP WorkforceNow.• Handle payroll adjustments, deductions, and compliance with federal and state regulations.• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and modifications.• Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits, providing clear and timely responses.• Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports to support organizational needs.• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll and benefits operations.• Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.• Assist in reconciling payroll discrepancies and resolving any issues.• Implement and monitor multi-state payroll processes as required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration. • Proficiency in ADP WorkforceNow and familiarity with full-cycle payroll operations. • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements. • Experience managing payroll for multi-state operations. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with employees and teams. • Capability to manage payroll for large-scale workforces, including over 500 employees.
