We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating service calls and ensuring seamless communication with customers. Responsibilities:• Respond to incoming calls, informational inquiries, follow-ups.• Effectively schedule and coordinate service calls to meet customer needs and optimize efficiency.• Anticipate and forecast workloads to optimize resource management.• Provide technicians with necessary information and ongoing support for successful service delivery.• Monitor and update new and existing service tickets to ensure accurate records and timely resolutions.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and scheduling or ticketing software. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes. • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations. • Excellent note-taking and documentation capabilities. • Demonstrated ability to handle stress and manage priorities effectively. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse personalities. • Familiarity with CRM systems, billing functions, and general computer programs is a plus.
