The Customer Service Representative position is a contract-to-hire opportunity that will start immediately. The Customer Service Representative will be asked to answer incoming customer calls, process and enter orders, problem-solve issues, and communicate effectively with a wide variety of contacts. Job responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Complete paperwork for receiving department for incoming clients </li><li>Enter receivable information into the computer</li><li>Complete paperwork for shipping</li><li>Handle main switchboard calls as needed</li><li>Greet customers and visitors and direct them appropriately in a professional manner</li><li>Enter inbound product loads</li><li>Sit on and participate in meetings and training seminars</li><li>Scan documents into the system</li></ul>
