Receptionist
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and welcoming Receptionist to join our team on a part-time contract basis in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. You will also manage front desk operations and perform light administrative tasks to support the overall functionality of the office.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor.</p><p>• Oversee front desk operations, including handling incoming mail, deliveries, and packages.</p><p>• Maintain visitor logs and issue security badges while ensuring compliance with office security protocols.</p><p>• Provide accurate information and support to clients, customers, and team members.</p><p>• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and allocation of conference rooms.</p><p>• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, copying, and scanning documents.</p><p>• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.</p><p>• Support other departments by carrying out clerical duties as needed.</p>
• Proven experience in receptionist duties, including managing a front desk environment.<br>• Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls.<br>• Familiarity with switchboard operations for 1-10 phone lines.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.<br>• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.<br>• Attention to detail and a meticulous attitude.<br>• Basic proficiency in office equipment and software applications.<br>• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow office protocols.
