Human Resources (HR) Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Oceanside, California. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, record maintenance, and employee support. As a Contract to permanent role, this position provides the potential for long-term growth within our organization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assist in posting job openings, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews with candidates.<br>• Support new employee onboarding by organizing orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.<br>• Maintain comprehensive and accurate employee records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with regulations.<br>• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist in the administration of health insurance and retirement plans.<br>• Facilitate internal communication between HR and employees, preparing materials and documentation as needed.<br>• Ensure adherence to company policies and assist in implementing updates based on changes in employment laws.<br>• Collaborate with team members to promote employee engagement and positive workplace relations.<br>• Provide training and support to employees on HR-related tools and processes.<br>• Coordinate with management to address employee relations issues and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<br>• Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is strongly preferred.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.<br>• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.<br>• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.<br>• A proactive and adaptable attitude suited to a dynamic work environment.
