We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Newport Beach, California. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing high-volume invoice processing and demonstrate proficiency in full-cycle accounts payable operations. Responsibilities: • Manage the entire accounts payable cycle, including processing vendor invoices and executing payment runs. • Perform two-way and three-way matching to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. • Process Positive Pay transactions using banking platforms such as Bank of America and USBank. • Ensure proper coding and allocation of invoices to the correct accounts. • Handle ACH transactions, check runs, and other payment methods efficiently. • Utilize Sage Accounting Software, including Sage Intacct, to maintain accurate financial records. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong relationships. • Conduct regular reviews to ensure accounts payable processes align with organizational policies. • Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable. • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts payable function.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field. • Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounts payable processes, including invoice matching and payment runs. • Proficiency in coding invoices and managing account allocations. • Familiarity with ACH transactions, check runs, and Positive Pay systems. • Experience working with Sage Accounting Software, particularly Sage Intacct. • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume invoice processing. • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance in financial operations.
