An Accounts Payable Clerk is needed for a Hospital in Los Angeles. The Accounts Payable Specialist will match, batch, and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. You will have the opportunity for career growth and advancement within this dynamic department. Your responsibilities in this role - Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents- Handle 100 invoices per day- Produce full-cycle A/P- Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed- Validate, record, and send checks, including expediting special handling- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it- Software: Paragon and Allscripts
