We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Gardena, California. This is a Contract to permanent position within the manufacturing industry that requires strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy. The role involves processing invoices, managing warehouse data, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining compliance with company standards. Responsibilities:• Process and accurately code invoices for payment in a high-volume environment.• Perform detailed data entry of warehouse receiving documents and invoices.• Conduct regular check runs and ensure payments are completed on time.• Verify shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading and purchase orders.• Maintain inventory records by entering and reconciling warehouse data.• Utilize Syspro software for invoice processing and data management.• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper documentation and reporting.• Generate reports using Excel, leveraging formulas to track and analyze data.• Manage and reconcile accounts payable transactions effectively.• Uphold compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial operations.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field. • Proficiency in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and speed, including 10-key typing. • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas. • Experience with Syspro or similar ERP systems is preferred. • Background in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics is a plus. • Ability to process high volumes of invoices and warehouse data efficiently. • Bilingual Spanish skills are desirable but not required. • Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams.
