Senior HR Coordinator
<p>We are working with a client who is looking for a dedicated Senior HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various aspects of human resources, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee support. Offering a hybrid work model.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires and conduct training sessions on system usage.</p><p>• Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, invoice reconciliation, and coordination with insurance brokers.</p><p>• Oversee leave of absence processing and ensure accurate handling of employee benefits during such periods.</p><p>• Review and verify timecards and payroll registers, submitting accurate information to the payroll carrier.</p><p>• Respond to inquiries and manage communications through the HR inbox.</p><p>• Take ownership of special projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to address various tasks as assigned.</p><p>• Maintain a focus on accuracy and attention to detail in all HR-related activities.</p><p>• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to improve HR processes and workflows.</p>
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration, invoice reconciliation, payroll processing, and employee onboarding/offboarding.<br>• Familiarity with Paylocity or other large HR platforms is preferred.<br>• Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.<br>• Excellent communication abilities and a customer-focused approach.<br>• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.<br>• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Dependable and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
