You will play a key role in managing the full recruitment cycle and promoting a strong employer brand to ensure the organization remains competitive in the aerospace industry. Responsibilities:• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse candidates with relevant experience.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create tailored recruitment plans.• Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent through proactive sourcing and networking efforts.• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining open communication and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.• Utilize various platforms and tools to identify and engage with potential candidates.• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve hiring outcomes and processes.• Promote the company’s employer brand through creative talent branding initiatives.• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.• Partner with internal teams to support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, including full cycle recruiting and sourcing. • Strong background in corporate recruiting with a focus on identifying top-tier talent. • Excellent knowledge of talent branding and employer branding strategies. • Familiarity with recruitment platforms, tools, and applicant tracking systems. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. • Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive decision-making. • Knowledge of industry trends, particularly within the aerospace sector, is a plus. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
