This is a permanent role, reporting into the Human Resources Manager, joining an established and well rounded team. Our client is looking for a true "Specialist" with at least 2 years of relevant experience handling benefits administration and leave of absence cases. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration and leave management.<br>• Strong knowledge of FMLA and other statutory leave policies.<br>• Proficiency in analyzing and coordinating benefits programs.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.<br>• Familiarity with HR systems and tools for managing benefits.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is acceptable.<br>• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
