<p>* PROPERTY MANGER * </p><p>The Property Manager oversees the operations of a 501-unit residential community in Somerville, Massachusetts, encompassing LIHTC, Home, and PB Section 8 housing programs. Reporting to the Vice President of Property Management, they manage site operations, staff supervision, and ensure compliance with HUD regulations. Key responsibilities include financial management, maintaining tenant files, addressing resident concerns, supervising staff, handling inspections, and coordinating compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The role requires expertise in affordable housing programs, Section 8 voucher submissions, EIV procedures, and property management software like Yardi. Certifications such as LIHTC and COS are mandatory, alongside strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. A background of at least five years in residential management, especially in affordable housing, is essential. (Location: Boston, MA - Onsite)</p><p><br></p>

<p><br></p><p>Keys:</p><p>• Five or more years of experience in multi-family residential management, including a minimum of three years in affordable housing.</p><p>• Comprehensive knowledge of project-based Section 8, LIHTC, and other affordable housing programs.</p><p>• Proven experience in managing and supervising staff.</p><p>• Demonstrated expertise in Section 8 voucher submissions and Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) procedures.</p><p>• LIHTC and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certifications are mandatory.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
