We are looking for an accomplished Senior Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis, specializing in sourcing and hiring Master Service Technicians for a prominent client in the automotive repair and maintenance industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building meaningful connections within the automotive field, this position is for you.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design and implement strategic recruitment plans to identify and attract skilled Master Service Technicians.<br>• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate presentation.<br>• Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure engagement and a positive hiring experience.<br>• Monitor industry trends and labor market data to stay informed about wage benchmarks and talent availability.<br>• Collaborate closely with the client to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and technical requirements.<br>• Build and maintain a pipeline of experienced candidates through networking and targeted outreach.<br>• Conduct detailed interviews to assess technical competencies, certifications, and alignment with client expectations.<br>• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to streamline processes and provide progress updates.<br>• Promote the client’s brand to enhance visibility and attract top-tier professionals in the automotive sector.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly within technical or engineering fields.<br>• Strong background in sourcing and engaging candidates using various platforms and strategies.<br>• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.<br>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.<br>• Ability to analyze labor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.<br>• Experience in partnering with clients to understand and fulfill specific hiring needs.<br>• Knowledge of the automotive repair and maintenance industry is a plus.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
