<p>We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join a team in Linwood, Pennsylvania. This long-term contract position requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to support the hiring process and related HR functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring smooth onboarding while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.</p><p>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective strategies.</p><p>• Utilize various platforms and networking opportunities to identify and attract candidates with relevant experience.</p><p>• Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate records and streamlined processes.</p><p>• Conduct cold calling and outreach efforts to expand the talent pool.</p><p>• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.</p><p>• Provide support in policy development and HR administrative tasks.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company procedures and employment regulations.</p><p>• Facilitate training sessions for new hires and assist in benefit-related functions.</p><p>• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and external partners.</p>
• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is required.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant computer programs.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Familiarity with hiring processes, benefit functions, and HR principles.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.<br>• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, networking, and strategic planning.<br>• Knowledge of database management and record-keeping practices.<br>• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strong and effective relationships.
