This long-term contract position requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to support the hiring process and related HR functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring smooth onboarding while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Responsibilities:• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective strategies.• Utilize various platforms and networking opportunities to identify and attract candidates with relevant experience.• Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate records and streamlined processes.• Conduct cold calling and outreach efforts to expand the talent pool.• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.• Provide support in policy development and HR administrative tasks.• Ensure compliance with company procedures and employment regulations.• Facilitate training sessions for new hires and assist in benefit-related functions.• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and external partners.

• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant computer programs. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with hiring processes, benefit functions, and HR principles. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. • Demonstrated skills in negotiation, networking, and strategic planning. • Knowledge of database management and record-keeping practices. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strong and effective relationships.
