If you thrive in a detail-oriented environment and enjoy optimizing payroll processes, we encourage you to apply!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payroll for all employees </li><li>Analyze and improve payroll workflows and systems to maximize efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations, as well as company policies.</li><li>Generate payroll reports and data analyses for management, assisting with budgeting and forecasting.</li><li>Track and manage employee benefits-related payroll deductions, including retirement contributions, healthcare, and garnishments.</li><li>Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries regarding paychecks, taxes, and deductions.</li><li>Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payment and reporting processes.</li><li>Support audits and prepare necessary documentation for payroll-related inquiries.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field.</li><li>2-4 years of experience in payroll, with a focus on analysis and compliance, preferably within the property management or similar industries.</li><li>Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paylocity, or other systems).</li><li>Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and benefits administration.</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools).</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.</li></ul><p><br></p>
