<ul><li>Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.</li><li>1+ year of experience in an account specialist or similar role.</li><li>Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer focus.</li><li>Excellent communication abilities; able to multitask and meet deadlines.</li></ul>
