This role is an excellent pathway for professionals eager to advance their careers in a fast-paced accounting environment while delivering critical business impact.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment collection, and cash application.</li><li>Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue accounts.</li><li>Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer inquiries.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to streamline billing and collections processes.</li><li>Assist with month-end closing and audit requests.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.</li><li>1+ year of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.</li><li>Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p>
