This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic industry dedicated to advancing science and improving lives.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Monitor and process incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timely application.</li><li>Generate and maintain invoices for clients, vendors, and internal teams.</li><li>Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies or issues.</li><li>Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly documented.</li><li>Communicate with customers to follow up on outstanding payments and maintain positive relationships.</li><li>Execute month-end closing functions related to accounts receivable.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 2-4 years of accounts receivable or relevant accounting experience (biotech industry experience is a plus).</li><li><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.</li><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.</li><li><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> Problem-solving orientation, deadline management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
