Human Resources Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Greenvale, New York. This is a long-term contract position, offering an opportunity to contribute to essential HR functions in a collaborative and detail-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative tasks and demonstrate expertise in legal forms, background checks, and HR-related processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update HR records and systems.<br>• Conduct e-verify checks and manage I-9 documentation with attention to compliance.<br>• Utilize PeopleSoft or similar systems to support HR activities and processes.<br>• Assist with legal correspondence and ensure proper documentation of HR-related tasks.<br>• Handle background checks and verify employment details as part of onboarding.<br>• Support benefit-related functions and respond to employee inquiries as needed.<br>• Manage various administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.<br>• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned duties effectively and on time.
• Proven experience in human resources administration, including data entry and compliance.<br>• Familiarity with legal forms and HR-related documentation.<br>• Expertise in managing background checks and employment verification processes.<br>• Proficiency in using PeopleSoft or similar HR software systems.<br>• Strong ability to handle legal correspondence and maintain confidentiality.<br>• Knowledge of benefit functions and employee support procedures.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
