Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This long-term contract position will support high-volume recruitment efforts, focusing on warehouse roles during peak hiring seasons. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong organizational skills, and is committed to creating a seamless candidate experience.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage high-volume recruitment efforts for seasonal warehouse positions, including resume reviews, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.</p><p>• Coordinate onboarding processes, such as gathering necessary documents, scheduling orientations, and following up with new hires.</p><p>• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system while ensuring compliance with hiring procedures.</p><p>• Collaborate with HR teams, warehouse leadership, and recruiting staff to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines.</p><p>• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR teams, contributing to overall efficiency.</p><p>• Assist in organizing and supporting hiring events, occasionally outside of standard business hours.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with established hiring practices and procedures.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with candidates and team members, fostering a positive recruitment experience.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant platforms to streamline recruitment processes.</p><p>• Support bilingual recruitment efforts, with Spanish fluency being a valuable asset.</p>
• Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or administrative support roles.<br>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.<br>• Availability to work on-site in Denver, Colorado at least four days per week.<br>• Willingness to support occasional hiring events outside regular business hours.<br>• Familiarity with recruitment processes and onboarding procedures.<br>• Spanish fluency is highly desirable but not required.
