• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<br>• At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.<br>• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.<br>• Proven ability to manage multi-state compliance requirements.<br>• Experience with Canadian employment practices is highly desirable.<br>• Proficiency in HRIS systems and employee benefits administration.<br>• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.<br>• Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
