• Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role.<br>• Strong knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution strategies.<br>• Proficiency in HR administration and benefit functions.<br>• Familiarity with HRIS systems and their application in HR workflows.<br>• Experience in coordinating onboarding and training programs.<br>• Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and regulations.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
