Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in El Cajon, California. This position involves engaging with customers through both inbound and outbound calls to secure appointments and provide exceptional service. The role offers a dynamic schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, with Saturday availability being essential.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle inbound and outbound calls, averaging 50-70 calls per day.<br>• Schedule appointments with warm and hot leads, aiming to book at least 10 appointments daily.<br>• Deliver excellent customer service while addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.<br>• Utilize multi-line phone systems efficiently to manage call volume.<br>• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment bookings.<br>• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.<br>• Uphold professionalism and courteous communication in all customer interactions.<br>• Adapt to a flexible schedule, ensuring availability during required hours.
• Previous experience in receptionist duties or customer service roles.<br>• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems, including switchboards with up to 10 lines.<br>• Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.<br>• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.<br>• Proven track record of meeting appointment-setting goals or similar metrics.<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br>• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, with Saturday being mandatory.<br>• High level of organizational skills to manage call flow and scheduling.
