<ul><li>1–2 years of receptionist or front office experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment.</li><li>Familiarity with EMR systems and scheduling software is a plus.</li></ul>
