Human Resources Administrator
We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will handle a variety of HR-related tasks, ensuring compliance and efficiency across key areas. This position requires expertise in legal documentation, employee benefits, and HR administration.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and manage legal forms and documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.<br>• Conduct thorough background checks for new hires, adhering to established processes and standards.<br>• Oversee daily HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and managing HR correspondence.<br>• Draft and review legal correspondence related to HR matters with precision and professionalism.<br>• Coordinate employee benefits programs, ensuring seamless communication and enrollment processes.<br>• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and procedures to provide accurate guidance to employees.<br>• Collaborate with other departments to support organizational HR needs effectively.<br>• Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and confidentiality.<br>• Monitor and address HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Proven experience in human resources administration or a related field.<br>• Strong understanding of legal forms and HR documentation processes.<br>• Proficiency in conducting background checks and managing sensitive employee data.<br>• Knowledge of employee benefits coordination and enrollment.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in drafting legal correspondence.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.<br>• Familiarity with HR policies and regulations.<br>• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
