Part-Time Human Resources (HR) Generalist We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a range of human resources functions, including performance management, recruitment, and compensation analysis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with HR systems such as Paylocity and a strong analytical mindset. This position is with a faith-based organization in Littleton, Colorado. Responsibilities: • Oversee and implement performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Format and update job descriptions according to new templates and organizational standards. • Collaborate with vendors for compensation and classification projects, providing necessary data and support. • Review resumes, conduct initial candidate evaluations, and assist with scheduling and screening interviews. • Analyze compensation data, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accuracy. • Maintain and update HR systems, including Paylocity and SharePoint, to support recruitment and employee records. • Provide support during open enrollment, including reviewing rates and addressing employee inquiries. • Assist in recruitment efforts by creating rubrics, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, including signing required statements of faith and human sexuality.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or related roles. • Proficiency in Paylocity and SharePoint systems. • Strong knowledge of performance management processes and recruitment strategies. • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with compensation data. • Familiarity with open enrollment processes and benefits administration. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Comfortable working with HRIS and other employee information systems. • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
