For a full job description with company information, and for immediate consideration, please email your resume to Morgan.Racicot(at symbol) roberthalf (dotcom) today … or your Robert Half recruiter if you have one!! </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of Workday to ensure robust adoption and operational efficiency.</p><p>• Manage the company’s HR technology ecosystem, including tools for performance management, learning, and employee self-service.</p><p>• Lead system integrations, upgrades, and data migrations with minimal disruption to business operations.</p><p>• Develop and enforce data governance practices to ensure accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.</p><p>• Create and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to support informed decision-making.</p><p>• Collaborate with IT teams to establish and maintain system architecture and security protocols.</p><p>• Administer total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and incentive plan management.</p><p>• Oversee annual compensation reviews, bonus cycles, and vendor relationships to ensure competitive employee offerings.</p><p>• Drive process automation and implement continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations.</p><p>• Manage leave administration, payroll interfaces, and absence management systems.</p>

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<br>• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in HR Operations or similar functions.<br>• Strong expertise in Workday, including modules such as HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Reporting.<br>• Proven experience with large-scale system implementations, upgrades, and data management.<br>• Comprehensive knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, including market benchmarking.<br>• Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance standards.<br>• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.<br>• Strong analytical skills with experience in creating data-driven reports and visualizations.
