We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Broomfield, Colorado. This role is essential in driving the recruitment efforts for technical positions, ensuring we meet ambitious hiring goals while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience. As a Long-term Contract position, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier engineering talent and optimizing recruitment processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the full recruitment cycle for specialized engineering roles, including optics, lasers, cryogenics, and other technical domains.<br>• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and various sourcing tools to identify and engage with potential candidates.<br>• Manage job requisitions through Lever, ensuring accurate documentation and workflow efficiency.<br>• Create and implement strategies to attract highly skilled technical talent in competitive markets.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the hiring process.<br>• Drive a streamlined and high-quality recruitment experience for candidates.<br>• Contribute to the enhancement of recruitment operations, employer branding, and overall talent acquisition strategies.<br>• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to identify the best fit for technical and engineering roles.<br>• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and recruitment best practices.

• Proven experience in recruiting for technical roles, with a focus on engineering or scientific disciplines.<br>• Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Smartsheet.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume hiring while maintaining quality.<br>• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes.<br>• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.<br>• Ability to work effectively within standard Colorado business hours.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.<br>• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing and understanding complex technical domains.
