<p><strong>Part-Time HR Specialist</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive <strong>HR Specialist</strong> to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR experience who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. The position requires full in-office presence and alignment with our faith-based values.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Littleton, CO (Onsite)</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> 15–25 hours per week through the end of January </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Open Enrollment Support</li><li>Review benefit rates and assist with internal processes</li><li>Respond to employee questions regarding open enrollment</li><li>Provide administrative support throughout the enrollment period</li><li>Recruitment Assistance</li><li>Review resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews; may conduct initial screenings</li><li>Maintain recruiting data and documentation</li><li>Compensation Analysis Support</li><li>Assist with reviewing compensation data and identifying discrepancies</li><li>Provide analytical support for classification and recruitment analysis</li><li>HR Documentation & Systems</li><li>Update job descriptions using organizational templates</li><li>Maintain HRIS (Paylocity) and SharePoint for recruiting and HR purposes</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with open enrollment processes</li><li>Hands-on experience in recruiting (resume review, interview coordination)</li><li>Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Must sign Statement of Faith and Statement of Human Sexuality</li><li>Familiarity with Paylocity (HRIS)</li><li>Proficiency in SharePoint and Excel (basic functions)</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><ul><li>This is a <strong>part-time, onsite position</strong> in Littleton, CO</li><li>Hours: <strong>15–20 per week</strong></li><li>Candidates must be aligned with the organization’s faith-based mission</li></ul><p><br></p>
