We are looking for a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This is a Contract position that requires expertise in managing agreements, negotiations, and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with applicable laws and maintain exceptional organizational and communication skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the preparation, review, and execution of contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.<br>• Conduct negotiations with vendors and stakeholders to secure favorable terms.<br>• Coordinate calls for bids and evaluate proposals to identify the most suitable options.<br>• Manage the contract process for new property acquisitions, ensuring timely and efficient completion.<br>• Audit existing contracts to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement.<br>• Maintain organized records of all agreements and related documentation.<br>• Collaborate with multiple vendors to ensure effective communication and adherence to contract terms.<br>• Provide guidance on communication law and regulatory requirements related to contracts.<br>• Develop strategies to enhance contract management processes and optimize efficiency.
• Proven experience in contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.<br>• Strong understanding of contract law and communication regulations.<br>• Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships effectively.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in conducting contract audits and identifying areas for improvement.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• Demonstrated ability to handle calls for bids and evaluate proposals.<br>• Adept at managing property acquisition contract processes.
