We are looking for a dedicated Collector to join our team in Miami, Florida. This role focuses on processing customer payments and managing meter disconnections efficiently and safely while maintaining a customer-centric approach. As this is a long-term contract position, you will have the opportunity to develop in-depth expertise in field collection functions and contribute to a variety of operational tasks. Responsibilities: • Collect and process customer payments promptly and securely. • Handle meter disconnections while ensuring safety and compliance. • Negotiate payment plans with customers to address their needs effectively. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of collection and field processes. • Collaborate with team members to implement efficient procedures. • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards during collections. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. • Contribute to validation plans and ensure accurate documentation of transactions. • Maintain professionalism and flexibility in interactions with customers.

• Proven experience in customer service or collections. • Familiarity with payment processing and negotiation techniques. • Strong understanding of collection procedures and field operations. • Ability to work onsite and adapt to varying schedules. • Knowledge of industry regulations such as NERC and NIS standards. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in managing documentation and validation processes. • Experience collaborating with contingent workforce teams.
