<p>We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist </p><p>Managed full-cycle accounts payable using Blackbaud Financial Edge to process high volumes of vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness.</p><p>Reconciled purchase orders, invoices, and payments ensuring compliance with internal controls and nonprofit accounting standards.</p><p>Prepared and maintained vendor records, handled check runs, ACH payments, and credit card reconciliations through Blackbaud.</p><p>Collaborated with accounting and development teams to align donor-funded expenditures with grant budgets and project allocations.</p><p>Generated AP aging reports, assisted in month-end close, and provided documentation for audits.</p><p>Demonstrated proficiency in Blackbaud Financial Edge, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and expense management systems</p>

<p><strong>Requirement</strong>s</p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.</li><li>Proficiency in Blackbaud Financial Edge or NXT (required).</li><li>Strong knowledge of invoice processing, vendor management, and payment cycles.</li><li>Experience with nonprofit or grant-funded accounting preferred.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data reconciliation).</li><li>High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and handle a high volume of transactions.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of GAAP and internal control procedures.</li><li>Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred).</li></ul><p>Please send a copy of your resume to brenda.arce@roberthalfcom</p><p><br></p>
