Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Part time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Chino, California. In this role, you will provide essential support to human resources operations and act as a key point of contact with our HR and payroll management partner, Optimum HR. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes while collaborating with industry professionals. This is a long-term contract position.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Collaborate with Optimum HR to manage and oversee HR and payroll procedures effectively.</p><p>• Verify employee time records and prepare accurate payroll submissions on a bi-weekly basis.</p><p>• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes in accordance with established protocols.</p><p>• Communicate policies related to timekeeping, benefits, and leave clearly to employees.</p><p>• Organize and maintain personnel files, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.</p><p>• Handle HR documentation using a cloud-based system for efficient record-keeping.</p><p>• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR or payroll matters within a timely manner.</p><p>• Support day-to-day administrative functions to streamline HR operations. </p>
• Prior experience in administrative or HR roles is preferred but not mandatory.<br>• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to work are essential.<br>• Excellent communication skills for clear and precise interactions.<br>• Ability to learn and follow structured HR guidelines and processes.<br>• High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.<br>• Familiarity with cloud-based systems and standard office software is required.<br>• Reliable and consistent in meeting deadlines and responding to inquiries.<br>• Willingness to work approximately 20 hours per week in a part-time capacity.
