Security Implementation: Collaborate with security teams to ensure adherence to IT security standards, including user access controls, data encryption, and endpoint protection. Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you'll need: detail oriented Experience: 3+ years’ hands-on experience as a System Administrator, working with enterprise technologies such as Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Intune, and Azure. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Windows Server environments and cloud platforms. Proficiency in PowerShell for scripting and automation. Familiarity with configuration and management tools like Azure Portal and Endpoint Configuration Manager. Experience with AI and automation tools to streamline IT operations is a plus. Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Other relevant IT certifications demonstrating technical proficiency. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). Preferred Competencies: Knowledge of machine learning applications to improve IT operations and hands-on experience with cloud-based enterprise system management
