We are looking for a skilled Systems Security Administrator to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and managing secure systems, ensuring seamless operations and effective collaboration across multiple tools and platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the modernization of identity and access management systems.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design and implement a new Microsoft 365 environment, encompassing Entra ID, Intune, and associated services.<br>• Lead the migration of Active Directory to Entra ID, enabling streamlined identity and access management.<br>• Develop and manage automated workflows for user lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding, in partnership with HR and security teams.<br>• Administer and oversee Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and Copilot integrations.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated service desk tickets related to Microsoft 365 systems.<br>• Coordinate and execute the transition from Slack to Teams.<br>• Collaborate with teams across Security, Infrastructure, and Data Science to align goals and drive innovation.

• Proficiency in Active Directory design, migration, and management.<br>• Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 10.<br>• Experience with Dell technologies in enterprise environments.<br>• Knowledge of Citrix technologies and their implementation.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange.<br>• Proven ability to automate workflows and manage user lifecycle processes.<br>• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
