<p>Robert Half is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, optimizing, and managing our hybrid infrastructure. This position will focus on ensuring secure, high-performing application hosting environments across both Azure cloud and on-premise data centers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, implement, and optimize application hosting solutions in Azure and on-premises environments.</li><li>Evaluate infrastructure for security risks and recommend hardening measures.</li><li>Manage virtualization and Windows performance tuning.</li><li>Lead Active Directory domain consolidations.</li><li>Collaborate with developers and DBAs to integrate application security and address vulnerabilities.</li><li>Automate hosting, storage, and maintenance tasks using scripting tools.</li><li>Participate in disaster recovery and site recovery planning.</li><li>Support equipment lifecycle management and refresh cycles.</li><li>Monitor systems, manage alerts, and provide on-call support as part of a rotation.</li><li>Work with network and software engineering teams to restore services and resolve issues.</li><li>Contribute to IT operations and cross-functional projects as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience with Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure.</li><li>Expertise in Windows optimization, virtualization, and Active Directory.</li><li>Knowledge of security best practices and application security protocols.</li><li>Proficiency with scripting and automation tools.</li><li>Experience in disaster recovery planning and systems monitoring.</li><li>Excellent collaboration and troubleshooting skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
