<p>Robert Half is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to lead the implementation, management, and support of its vital information technology infrastructure. This role requires expert-level knowledge of server, network, and application technologies, along with a proven ability to manage complex projects and mentor junior team members. Candidates should have experience with Microsoft Windows or Linux server environments, storage area networks, VMware virtualization, and healthcare-specific systems like Epic EMR. Certifications like MCSE or Red Hat, as well as expertise in scripting, programming, and networking, are highly desired. Strong problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach are essential to excel in this senior position.</p><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Lead and manage complex projects focused on network, server, and desktop technology, including deployments where applicable, while mentoring junior technical staff and other IM team members.</li><li>Actively participate in departmental and organizational projects, installing and managing assigned hardware, operating systems, and application software for servers, networks, and clients. Supported technologies include but are not limited to Microsoft Windows, Linux (Red Hat), and Epic EMR systems.</li><li>Address and resolve Help Desk support tickets in compliance with departmental standards and serve as the primary liaison with vendors for hardware and software maintenance.</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed documentation and procedures for enterprise-wide client/server administration, ensuring the reliable performance of servers, applications, and related technologies.</li><li>Conduct continuous capacity and performance planning, monitor system metrics, and assume on-call responsibilities for data center operations as per the established schedule. Perform additional duties as assigned.</li></ul>
