HR Analyst
<p>We are looking for an experienced HR Analyst to oversee and optimize human resource information systems for an organization in Lisle, Illinois. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage system implementations, ensure data integrity, and support the organization's HR operations effectively. The pay is $80k-$95k</p><p>Recruiter: Connie Stathopoulos</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and maintain the organization’s HRIS platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.</p><p>• Lead the implementation and integration of HRIS systems, including UltiPro, ADP Online, and UKG Pro.</p><p>• Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.</p><p>• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to address system-related challenges and improve workflows.</p><p>• Develop and execute training programs for HRIS users to ensure proper utilization of systems.</p><p>• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain seamless operations.</p><p>• Implement and support Total Rewards modules within HRIS platforms.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all HRIS processes.</p><p>• Create and manage detailed documentation for system configurations and operational procedures.</p><p>• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR systems.</p>
• Proven experience managing HRIS platforms, such as UltiPro, ADP Online, UKG Pro, or similar systems.<br>• Strong background in HRIS implementation, integration, and system analysis.<br>• Solid understanding of Total Rewards modules and their application within HR systems.<br>• Familiarity with data security practices and privacy regulations in HR processes.<br>• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present HR data effectively.<br>• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.<br>• Proficient in troubleshooting system issues and implementing solutions.<br>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to support user training and documentation.
